But this is also the doorway to your liberation. If thoughts can make you sick… they can also make you well.

The alchemy lies in rising above the emotion that chains you to the past. Step beyond it, and a new field of possibility opens. This is not denial — it is conscious creation. It is choosing to live from a state of vision, not a state of memory.

Every time you return to this empowered state, you are training your body and mind to align with the future you’ve chosen. This is how we move from survival to creation. This is how we alchemize thought into reality.
