Want to begin a journey of self-discovery — and help others do the same?
We are not looking for people who simply want another certificate to add to their CV.
We are looking for people who are genuinely curious about human potential, willing to examine themselves and interested in helping others develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
A NAC Trainer should not simply be able to explain NAC.
They should have experienced it.
They should practise it.
And, over time, they should increasingly embody it.
Let the experience become your loudest voice.
The trainer is the first case study.
They should not simply tell people that NAC works.
Their own practice, behaviour, development and results should increasingly demonstrate what they are teaching.
The experience should speak louder than the claim.
A NAC Certified Trainer is not expected to be perfect.
They are expected to practise what they teach — to recognise their own states, regulate them, observe their patterns and make more conscious choices in how they respond.
Let the experience become your loudest voice.
Don't tell people NAC works. Become the evidence that your practice has changed how you live, lead and respond.
You don't buy NAC certification. You earn it.
The NAC Certified Trainer™ pathway is a structured development programme. Your investment covers:
The NAC Certified Trainer™ designation is awarded only after you have:
Purchasing the programme does not guarantee certification. Certification is awarded when the standard has been met.
You purchase the programme. You earn the certification.
The programme gives you the opportunity.
The practice gives you the experience.
The assessment demonstrates the capability.
The certification recognises that you have met the standard.
The investment is in your development, mentoring, practice and assessment. The designation is earned through demonstrated capability — not through payment.
The NAC Certified Trainer™ pathway is a six-month intensive Certification & Professional Development Programme.
It is competency-based rather than simply time-based. Six months represents the intended intensive development period; certification is awarded only when the candidate has demonstrated the required competencies and completed the prescribed assessments.
Candidates may complete the required competencies earlier where the NAC assessment standard has been met. The maximum certification window is twelve months from commencement, subject to continued eligibility and progress.
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute admission to the NAC Certified Trainer™ pathway. Each applicant undergoes an eligibility and suitability assessment before admission.
NAC trainers are expected to develop their own practice before they are entrusted to guide others.
The standard is not perfection. The standard is demonstrated capacity: the ability to recognise, regulate, observe and respond differently — repeatedly and across different circumstances.
NAC trainers should not simply sell a methodology they have learned.
They should be living proof of the principles they teach.
The trainer becomes the first case study.
They use the principles themselves. They practise self-regulation. They develop awareness. They learn to recognise their own states. They observe their reactions. They create greater choice.
And they learn to help others do the same.
Let the experience become your loudest voice.
That is what gives NAC credibility.
This is not a coaching course, an NLP certification, a “get certified and make money” opportunity, a recruitment scheme, or a quick-fix personal development programme.
You don’t buy NAC certification. You earn it.
Let the experience become your loudest voice.
The question to leave with
Am I prepared to become the person who can responsibly help others become who they are capable of becoming?
